Your game-server is unreachable by Admin-Eye, and Admin-Eye has no capability to directly access your server through our platform. The data is received only from the Admin-Eye agent, which you install on your server. This product is a read-only tool, that collects the data from your server, and displays it nicely.

The Agent Application is fully standalone and non-obfuscated. If you have any doubts about the security of the resource, you may wish to inspect the source code and determine if it meets your security standards. We guarantee that the application does not allow any write-activity to your server, unless you explicitly modify the source code to be able to do so.

Admin-Eye is designed to respect your privacy by automatically deleting all server-related data 24 hours after your maximum retention period. Only service-critical data is stored for longer periods, such as the account information of the registered users of Admin-Eye.

At any point you, as the registered user of the server, have the right to request a full deletion of your account, the agent, and all related data.

Data collected by an Admin-Eye enabled server can only be deleted by explicit request from the server owner's Admin-Eye account.

For accounts where payments are made, we are required to keep your Stripe Customer ID for accounting purposes, which is stored for a maximum duration of 12 months after last activity.

Our servers are secured against unauthorized access through multiple layers of authentication.

Development environments have no direct access to the production database environment, and all data is transferred securely over HTTPS.

Each subsystem is running within its own container, and each container is isolated from other networked devices, apart from database- and API-related communication channels that are required for functionality.

The data we collect is stored in a database with restrictive access, only accessible by Admin-Eye's services.

We are transparent about the data we collect and process. The following list includes all personal information(PI) that is collected by Admin-Eye either directly or indirectly.³ ⁴

For every account on Admin-eye.com:

Admin-Eye does not store any other personal information.

The purpose of collecting the Personal Information is to provide you with the best possible service and to ensure that you have the ability to quickly identify your players, without needing to go through third party services.

For Admin-Eye accounts the following purposes are applicable:

For clients connected to an Admin-Eye monitored server the following purposes are applicable:

Stripe does not share any personally identifiable information with Admin-Eye.

When a checkout is completed, Admin-Eye processes information received from Stripe, including:
